David Fuller

David Fuller is a broker associate based in Orlando and a licensed Florida real estate broker since 2004. With deep roots in the local community, his family was actively involved in the cattle ranching industry in Orange and Osceola Counties (Lancaster Ranch/West Lake Nona - what is now O.I.A) during the open-range era.

David earned his BA from Auburn University and an MBA from Rollins College. Since 2022, David has dedicated over 3,000 hours as a commercial real estate appraisal trainee and associate. His expertise spans agricultural, commercial, industrial, conservation, and residential development land. David has also earned significant mergers and acquistions experience across multiple industries during the last 20 years.

David is an accomplished financial analyst, folk musician and wildlife sculptor. He deeply appreciates Florida’s natural heritage, reflecting his commitment to the land and its preservation.
