Licensed Broker Associates/Sales Associates

We are searching for experienced land professionals (Licensed Broker Associates/Sales Associates, or will become licensed) with established business relationships and a track record of success. MoonBeam Land Company provides a winning culture, and we seek high-functioning individuals to join our team.

Considerations and Requirements

Must have experience in Florida’s land industry; candidates are evaluated on case by case.
Currently licensed in the state of Florida, and/or individuals who desire to cross over and obtain their license, from other land-related industries.
Ideal Broker Associates/Sales Associates candidates are past or present lawyers, engineers, appraisers, surveyors, environmental consultants, farmers, ranchers, growers, current landowners, executives, and/or employees of land industry-related companies.
Also searching for current licensees looking for a change to new, energetic culture
Candidates should be a self-starter, independent, and assertive in identifying and servicing new business.
Candidates must be client service oriented – Client needs come first!
Candidates must be honest, amicable and outgoing, have a team mindset, and have a thorough understanding of Florida’s Real Estate Chapter 475
