Experience
Must have experience in Florida’s land industry. This can vary based on the candidate, including those currently licensed and those from related industries seeking licensure.
Professional Backgrounds
Ideal candidates may have past or present roles as lawyers, engineers, appraisers, surveyors, environmental consultants, farmers, ranchers, growers, current landowners, or executives in land-related companies.
Skills
Self-starters who are independent, driven, and excel at client service. Strong understanding of Florida’s Real Estate Chapter 475 is essential.
Character
Honest, team-oriented, and easy to work with, with a proven track record of success.
Agri-Real Estate
Including farms, ranches, groves, hunting land, recreational properties, mitigation banking, conservation easements, natural resources, trophy properties, waterfront properties, etc.
Development Land
For local, regional, or national homebuilders and developers, such as Multifamily Land, Industrial Land, Commercial Land, Mixed-Use Projects, Master Planned Communities
