Testimonials

Vice President - Bank
To Whom It May Concern: This is to serve as a letter of recommendation that we at Customers Bank offer our highest endorsement for John Evans Sr. and David Fuller of MoonBeam Land Company, Inc, Oviedo, FL. I don’t say that lightly. I am a very seasoned, demanding workout Manager and deal with many layers of people and relationships. Today’s world is quite complicated and challenging. I need to work with associates that are at the top of their game---quite simply, John and David of MoonBeam are that and more. Recently, I was in a real bind on a property in Minneola. I was referred to John and since then, I thank the stars for him. I am action oriented, detailed, responsive and results oriented banker and I work with people who are at varying degrees of all that. John and David are outstanding. I could not ask for better representation. They are all that and more. And to add to all the skills, talent and activities, without the details, I can tell you something came up that John disclosed to me and had he not I would not have any way to know. His integrity shined at that moment and was a real pleasure and very comforting. I knew I made the right choice. I would not hesitate to work again with John and I can tell if I need some advice from him even if it does not mean business for him, he will gladly give it to help me out. They are relationship people and their service is more than anyone could ask for, including me. In the course of our relationship, John and David have consistently demonstrated not only a high level of professionalism and integrity, but I quickly learned they have a deep understanding of the local real estate market. They were able to give me a realistic BPO that was detailed and explained the basis clearly. It made sense. No mumbo jumbo. We received five contracts in five days, one of which we accepted are already closing. I found each time John notified me of interest or an offer coming, it was in my inbox shortly. And the offers had quite a range. He delivers on what he says, in nanoseconds. How refreshing. Both John and David work so well together and continually demonstrate clear communication, attentiveness, reliability, and a personalized approach. They have gone above and beyond to ensure my bank and buyers feel supported every step of the way. And let’s be real: they are busy professionals just like we all are! They can multi task and keep things moving with timely information. How refreshing is that! I can confidently recommend John and David of MoonBean to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, responsive and trustworthy real estate professional.
