David Holler

Born and raised in Winter Park, Florida, David Holler comes from a family deeply rooted in the state’s automotive and real estate industries. His father’s involvement in both sectors, along with a variety of other ventures, instilled in David an early appreciation for business, investment, and the value of property ownership.

After graduating from Orangewood Christian High School, David pursued his passion for business at the University of Central Florida’s College of Business. He began his professional journey in the automotive industry, holding a variety of roles at several dealerships where he developed a strong foundation in client service, negotiation, and operations.

Over time, David’s focus shifted toward real estate—first in commercial properties and now into land brokerage, where he found his true calling. A lifelong outdoorsman, David approaches land transactions as more than just deals; to him, they are about connecting people to places they will value for generations. He takes pride in helping clients understand the land, its potential, and the responsibility that comes with owning a piece of Florida.

David’s deep local roots and understanding of Central Florida’s evolving landscape make him a trusted advisor to landowners, investors, and developers alike. He brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to every engagement, guided by MoonBeam Land Company’s commitment to integrity, professionalism, and excellence.

David brings dedication, insight, and a genuine respect for Florida’s land heritage to every transaction he undertakes.
